Job Description Location(s): São Paulo, SP. Working Hours: Administrative 8:00 AM\-5:00 PM Academic Requirement: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Join us in driving innovation! We are currently seeking a **Junior Sales Analyst** to join our team in São Paulo, SP. Day-to-day work experience: * Responsible for back-office sales operations for FP and VD, serving as the primary liaison among the factory, sales team, and dealerships. * Plan, execute, and monitor the FP and VD order flow—from vehicle production through invoicing and final delivery to the customer. * Ensure vehicle availability to meet dealership sales demands across Brazil. * Responsible for vehicle support and invoicing. * Develop management controls and reports to track results and performance. * Lead projects aimed at improving internal processes. * Create tools and controls to optimize the work of Nissan Sales Consultants. * Manage system parameters to ensure smooth invoicing workflows. * Provide support to internal departments such as Production, Marketing, Finance, After-sales, and Logistics. * Maintain daily coordination with Logistics, Production, and IT regarding exceptional cases—e.g., production delays, shipping delays, system issues, damaged vehicles, etc. List of Responsibilities Who We Are Looking For: Required: * Proactivity * Focus on safety * Teamwork * Clear communication * Organization * Experience in the Sales sector * English \- Intermediate (Advanced preferred) * Microsoft Office \- Advanced * Excel \- Advanced * SAP \- Intermediate * Power BI (a plus) Business Travel: * Travel within the department will be required as needed; **Strong candidate profile mapped for this position** What Nissan Offers: Career growth and continuous learning opportunities: Benefit from diverse career development programs—including interdepartmental mobility and innovative learning platforms.
