**REQUIREMENTS** Must be of legal age, have completed elementary education, reside in Sumaré or Nova Odessa, with or without prior experience in the field. Must have flexible working hours, be proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented. **FULL-TIME CLT POSITION / MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 12:00 PM TO 10:00 PM\.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform all activities related to the position, including motorcycle tire production. Be responsible for operating machinery and equipment. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of parts, tools, and equipment used. **WHAT WE OFFER** Salary: R$ 2\.444,35, with career progression every 6 months. Breakfast provided at the company. Pharmacy benefit plan (credit of R$ 150,00\). Meal card worth R$ 240,00 or option of basic food basket.
