This could be your opportunity to join Cores do Futuro. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and update production performance indicators, supporting result analysis; * Support tracking of efficiency and productivity improvement projects, in partnership with operational teams; * Contribute to the development, standardization, and improvement of production processes; * Monitor production tests, collecting data and generating performance indicators related to products and production methods; * Assist in preparing reports and controlling information to support decision-making. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward, in Logistics, Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Automation), or related fields; * Availability to intern for 30 hours per week. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Interest in learning about production processes, performance indicators, and continuous improvement; * Academic experience with projects, case studies, or practical activities in the field. #### **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organizational and problem-solving abilities; * Strong communication skills, organizational capacity, and commitment to continuous learning. #### **Benefits:** Internship stipend of R$ 1\.490,40 ️ Free cafeteria at the facility Meal or Food Allowance (Pluxee) worth R$ 336.00 Transportation Allowance (no payroll deduction) Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) – annual payment Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – wellness and quality of life Access to therapy sessions – mental health care Health Insurance Dental Insurance ️ Life Insurance Birthday Day Off – because celebration matters too!
