We seek an organized, communicative professional with a sense of urgency and a strong focus on customer experience. If you enjoy monitoring processes, resolving issues, and ensuring everything proceeds as expected, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** Monitoring orders and deadlines with internal departments; Conducting post\-sale follow\-up with customers to ensure satisfaction; Customer service for clarifying doubts and handling requests; Acting as liaison between customers and internal departments (production, logistics, sales); Managing the portfolio of active customers in the after\-sales phase; Supporting resolution of incidents and related matters; Identifying opportunities for customer retention and repeat purchases; Monitoring deliveries and ensuring adherence to deadlines; Supporting the sales team in customer relationship management. **Requirements** Completed high school education (a university degree is preferred); Experience in customer service or after\-sales (preferred); Industrial sector experience is desirable; Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based customer support; Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; Problem\-solving ability and demand management skills; Analytical mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
