We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and evolving our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with SmartEnvios’s strategy. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Ensure effective product communication with partner departments; * Develop the product vision and provide visibility into the roadmap, collaboratively built with the team; * Understand and resolve customer pain points through technology; * Support the team across the entire workflow—from backlog prioritization to value delivery; * Collaborate with UX and Data teams throughout the discovery process; * Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new business opportunities; * Build data-driven hypotheses; * Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new initiatives. **What We’re Looking For:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related fields; * Clear and empathetic communication skills; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (certifications are a plus); * Experience with experimentation, metrics, and performance evaluation; * Ability to solve complex problems and simplify solutions; * Affinity with technology; * Creative thinking and an innovative mindset; * Ability to thrive in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. **What We Offer:** * Birthday Day Off * Orienteme (psychological support – 3 sessions per month) * Service Anniversary Bonus * Wellhub **Contract Type:** PJ **Work Location:** Remote Join us in our mission to drive the success of Brazilian businesses by simplifying shipping logistics. **\#VEMPRASMART**
