Process Supervisor

Process Supervisor – Metallurgical Industry We are seeking a professional with experience in metallurgical processes to work as a Process Supervisor, overseeing production, process development, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. Responsibilities: * Monitor and develop factory production processes; * Define operational sequences and manufacturing cycle times; * Supervise setup and try\-out of parts; * Provide technical support to production and operators; * Assign tasks and supervise the department team; * Develop productivity and quality improvements; * Draft process instructions and standards; * Monitor part manufacturing in: * Press brakes; * Roll bending machines; * Laser cutting; * Stamping; * Welding and assembly; * Conduct time studies and raw material consumption analysis; * Assist in launching new products and processes. Requirements: * Proven experience in the metallurgical industry; * Knowledge of: * Sheet metal bending; * Roll bending; * Laser cutting; * Stamping; * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Metallurgical manufacturing processes; * Leadership and organizational skills; * Ability to solve process-related problems; * Production control knowledge is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: * ERP system knowledge; * Experience with continuous improvement; * Knowledge of time and motion study; * Experience in serial manufacturing and fixture development.
