CEMIG CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION Position: Customer Service Representative – CEMIG Work Location: UBERLANDIA/MG Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Rotating 5x2 shift – Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Salary: R$ 1.772 Meal Allowance: R$ 31.34 per workday Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00 Transportation Voucher Dental Plan Life Insurance Gympass Plan UCVS Job Description: We are seeking professionals to work as Relationship Attendants at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company's customers. The role involves in-person customer service, focusing on excellence, courtesy, and prompt resolution of inquiries, registration of requests, negotiations, and guidance regarding electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide in-person customer service Clarify questions regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bills, and other services offered by CEMIG Route requests to responsible departments when necessary Meet quality targets, average service time, and customer satisfaction goals Requirements: Completed high school education Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer knowledge Prior customer service experience is a plus Compensation: Up to R$ 1.772.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
