




Job Summary: The professional will propose and implement continuous improvements, develop and document process parameters, optimize welding and forming processes, and design industrial fixtures and layouts. Robot programming and operation (Yaskawa, ABB, Fanuc) * Propose and implement continuous improvements focused on: Process optimization; Cost reduction; Production stability; Develop, control, and document process parameters; Monitor machine tryouts and new projects; Optimize and parameterize MIG/MAG, laser, spot, and projection welding processes; Implement actions to reduce scrap and rework; Develop robotic and manual welding fixtures and cells; Develop mechanical forming processes; Design, modify, and adapt fixtures and machines; Develop industrial layouts using AutoCAD; Prepare and review Manufacturing Engineering technical documentation * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Experience with welding processes: MIG/MAG, laser, spot, and projection * Robot programming and operation: Yaskawa (Motoman), ABB, and Fanuc * Experience with Quality Core Tools: APQP, FMEA, MASP, SPC, PPAP, QSB, and CQI-15 * Advanced English Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$8,000.00 - R$10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
