Process Engineering Analyst

A LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Marketing Analyst in our company. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in progress or completed in Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Fashion, or related fields; * Experience with timing of productive processes in pre\-sewing, sewing, and finishing; * Knowledge of time and motion studies; * Understanding of standard times and sewing cell balancing; * Knowledge of technical specification sheets and productive processes interpretation; * Experience in collection and analysis of productive data; * Proficiency in Excel and data control tools; * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Responsibilities:** * Perform timing and analysis of productive operations; * Develop and update time and motion studies; * Define and monitor standard times for sewing processes; * Collect and analyze productive data to identify improvements; * Support sewing cell balancing and process optimization; * Identify waste and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Prepare performance reports and productivity indicators; * Update spreadsheets, controls, and departmental systems; * Support standardization of work methods and productive flows. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the textile or garment industry; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement; * Familiarity with online timing tools such as EasyTime and Marftcronos.
