Contribute to alignment between planning and execution A civil engineering company is seeking a Planning Technician in Botucatu. **Responsibilities:** Support the development and updating of physical and financial project schedules for engineering projects, using specialized software and considering technical specifications and agreed deadlines. Monitor construction and service progress by comparing actual results with planned targets, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. Perform project cost control by monitoring the use of financial, material, and human resources to ensure alignment with the defined budget. Prepare periodic project status reports highlighting current status, identified risks, and actions taken to maintain execution within quality and efficiency standards. Contribute to alignment between planning and execution across engineering, procurement, and operational teams. Participate in project meetings, providing technical support and detailed information regarding the status and forecasted completion dates of planned activities. Analyze performance indicators and create control dashboards to track productivity, costs, and operational efficiency. Identify and assess potential project risks, recommending preventive and mitigating measures to avoid delays or financial impacts. Collaborate in defining realistic goals and deadlines for different project phases. Assist in preparing budgets and technical proposals for new projects, providing accurate information on timelines and resource allocation. Previous experience as a Production Programming Technician, Planning and Control Technician, Logistics Planning Technician, or Project Planning Technician may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
