Monitor performance and proactively address deviations Barcarena, PA Company accepts applications from candidates located in any city in Brazil Supervision/ Coordination To be determined CLT employment regime Job Details Coordinate and supervise port unloading and loading operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and achievement of daily targets; Lead operational teams, promoting shift alignment, operational discipline, and engagement; Monitor operational and equipment performance, proactively addressing deviations; Track operational records, volumes handled, and report deviations and improvement opportunities; Focus on organization (5S), asset preservation, and continuous improvement; Ensure compliance with safety regulations; Commit to Unitapajós’ standards and procedures. Requirements Minimum Education Level Completed undergraduate degree Other Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; Knowledge of port equipment and operational control systems; Availability to work rotating shifts; Reside in or be willing to relocate to Barcarena/PA.
