Process optimization and commercial performance **Position:** Marketplace Coordinator **Location:** Pari – São Paulo, SP **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Performance-based bonus opportunity** **Working Hours \-** Monday to Friday: **08:00 AM to 05:00 PM /** Saturday: **08:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **About the Company** A company in the **import and retail** sector, offering products across **electronics, beauty, lighting, and pet supplies**, experiencing strong growth in **e\-commerce**. Operations are conducted on major **marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Shein, TikTok, and Temu**, and the company is currently undergoing **organizational structuring and management professionalization**, focusing on process standardization, commercial performance improvement, and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Strategic and operational management of marketplace channels * Monitoring sales performance and goal achievement * Tracking and analyzing KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average order value, cancellations, and margin) * Data analysis for informed decision-making * Management and development of the e\-commerce team * Structuring and standardizing operational processes * Organizing team workflow * ERP system and marketplace integration oversight * Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability **Requirements** * Proven experience in **e\-commerce and marketplaces** * Experience with platforms such as **Shopee, Shein, TikTok, Temu, or similar** * Experience in **team management** * Knowledge of **ERP systems and marketplace integrators** * Intermediate or advanced **Excel** proficiency * Analytical mindset with results orientation * Ability to structure processes and organize operations Behavioral Competencies * Leadership and team management * Organization and systemic vision * Decision-making capability * Clear and concise communication * Resilience in high-pressure environments **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Logistics, or related fields** Job Type: Full-time Salary: R$8\.000,00 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
