Join us in transforming the world sustainably and innovatively! **\#VemSerSSA** **\#SSA \- Feeding lives and building dreams** **Responsibilities and duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Lead, guide, and develop the PCP team; * Supervise production planning and the master production schedule; * Coordinate inventory policies for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring appropriate lead times and turnover; * Collaborate closely with the Commercial department, analyzing production capacity, negotiating delivery timelines, and supporting order fulfillment decisions; * Analyze sales forecasts and translate demand into feasible and efficient production schedules; * Monitor production scheduling and production stages, ensuring plan adherence and optimal utilization of production resources; * Track PCP performance indicators, conducting analyses and providing reliable information; * Supervise defect controls and monitor production processes, supporting continuous improvement and quality; * Lead internal improvement projects with critical thinking and a focus on efficiency, deviation reduction, and process standardization; * Calculate production costs and product yields, evaluating profitability and opportunities for optimization. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in PCP, preferably within the food industry; * Experience with supply chain processes; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of SAP or other integrated management systems (a plus); Experience leading teams. * **Additional information** São Salvador Alimentos, owner of the brands **SuperFrango and Boua**, has 33 years of history in the industrial sector but has operated in Brazilian poultry farming for 50 years, today ranking among Brazil’s leading chicken protein producers.
