The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing port operations, ensuring process efficiency and quality. Responsibilities: * Coordinate operational teams, ensuring achievement of established objectives and goals. * Optimize operational processes by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions. * Ensure service quality by monitoring performance indicators and taking corrective actions when necessary. * Manage resources—including personnel, materials, and equipment—efficiently and economically. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational integration and alignment. * Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
