Job Summary: As an Operational Assistant II, you will be responsible for monitoring, scheduling, and managing trips, as well as generating KPIs—contributing to logistical optimization and emission reduction. As an **Operational Assistant II**, you will be responsible for trip monitoring (monitoring and scheduling) and management, as well as generating KPIs. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WE COUNT ON YOU TO:** * Conduct customer follow-up and follow-up activities; * Monitor the client’s platform to ensure timely reporting of incidents; * Provide scheduling information to clients and drivers; * Monitor deliveries, pickups, or trips; * Manage trips via the Online Cargo system; * Handle communications via the driver’s app chat; * Generate pickup routes through the system; * Enter tracking data to generate KPIs and/or reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in the transportation sector, including cargo/vehicle scheduling and monitoring. * Availability to work the second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:10 PM, Monday through Saturday. **IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:** * Residence near the Headquarters (CIC Curitiba/PR); * Experience with e-commerce; **Additional Information** **STEPS TOWARD THE PERFECT MATCH** You must complete several stages in the selection process to reach your desired “YES.” To achieve this, we want to get to know the best version of you—and it is essential that you go through all stages: 1.
