




Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring transportation routes, managing teams, and resolving operational issues to ensure efficiency and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: Route Monitoring: Monitor transportation route performance in real time, ensuring vehicles adhere to scheduled timetables, avoiding deviations or delays, and guaranteeing operational efficiency. Transportation Team Management: Coordinate driver allocation and movement, optimizing routes to ensure delivery efficiency and safety while complying with company procedures and regulations. Traceability Control: Utilize monitoring systems (e.g., TOA or similar systems) to track vehicle locations, ensuring full visibility of logistics operations and facilitating rapid decision-making. Operational Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve issues arising during transportation—such as communication failures, route deviations, vehicle emergencies, or traffic congestion—to minimize impacts on deliveries and operations. Operational Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports on route performance, travel times, operational costs, and incidents, providing valuable insights to the logistics and transportation department. Interaction with Suppliers and Carriers: Maintain consistent communication with suppliers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure all operations are executed according to the established plan. Documentation Control: Verify and organize driver, vehicle, and delivery documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, route efficiency, and operational costs, with a focus on continuous improvement of logistics processes. Logistics and Planning Support: Assist the logistics team in route planning and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience with route planning systems or similar systems (e.g., TOA). Proficiency in using transportation monitoring and route control systems.
