Ciclo emerged from one such initiative—a startup we established to handle post-consumer product recycling and reverse logistics, creating a direct connection with end consumers. **Responsibilities** * Support operational restructuring with a focus on engineering, layout, and technical improvements. * Map operational flows (yard, workshop, storage, and shipping) and propose optimizations. * Develop layouts and organize areas, considering safety, circulation, and productivity. * Support maintenance standardization by developing preventive maintenance plans and equipment technical sheets. * Contribute to failure analysis and reliability improvements of assets. * Work on continuous improvement, organization, and process standardization projects. **Requirements** Preferably enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program from the 6th semester onward. **Benefits** · Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel subsidy · Health insurance · On-site cafeteria · Education assistance · Attendance bonus · Hazard pay Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Fuel\-allowance * Education\-assistance * Transportation\-voucher Work location: On-site
