Job Summary: A masonry professional responsible for constructing, repairing, and cladding structures—including foundations—based on project specifications and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Construction and repair of masonry structures and foundations 2. Preparation and application of plaster and cladding 3. Interpretation of project drawings and assurance of workplace safety **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM * **Masonry:** Constructing and repairing masonry structures such as walls, fences, and columns using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. * **Foundations:** Building foundations and footings in accordance with the project’s technical specifications. * **Plaster and Cladding:** Preparing and applying mortar for plastering, as well as cladding surfaces with ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, and other finishing materials. * **Material Preparation:** Mixing mortar, concrete, and other construction materials, accurately and efficiently proportioning quantities. * **Drawing Interpretation:** Interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise execution of work. * **Leveling and Alignment:** Verifying plumb, level, and alignment to ensure structural quality and compliance. * **Safety:** Strictly adhering to occupational safety regulations and correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Maintenance:** Performing repairs and maintenance on buildings and other structures, as required.
