Job Summary: Masonry professional to perform services, renovations, and maintenance, interpreting drawings while ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Performing masonry services and various finishing works 2. Teamwork and interpretation of technical drawings 3. Ensuring leveling, alignment, and plumbness of structures **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform masonry work, laying bricks, blocks, stones, and other materials according to project specifications. * Carry out plastering, scratch coat, screed, and finishing on walls, floors, and structures. * Prepare and apply mortar and concrete, adhering to appropriate proportions. * Lay floor tiles, cladding, and ceramics. * Conduct renovations, repairs, and maintenance on masonry structures. * Interpret architectural plans, technical drawings, and construction specifications. * Ensure leveling, alignment, and plumbness of constructed structures. * Use construction tools and equipment correctly. * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the worksite. * Follow occupational safety regulations during all activities. * Collaborate with laborers, foremen, and other construction professionals. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of various types of finishes; * Agility and attention to detail. **Benefits:** * 50% subsidized health insurance; * 50% subsidized dental insurance; * Cost-of-living allowance of R$800.00; * Wellhub (Gympass) fully covered by the company; * Life insurance.
