Job Summary: This professional distributes, guides, and supervises assembly services, controls production, analyzes drawings, and schedules activities. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and supervision of assembly teams 2. Technical analysis of projects and production control 3. Collaboration with mechanical maintenance for optimization Daily responsibilities include distributing, guiding, and supervising the assembly of parts, equipment, and installations, ensuring proper operation or identifying improvement opportunities; Requests necessary internal and external resources (labor, equipment, available project documents, etc.), monitors and approves completed work; Controls production of parts and tracks line performance (assembled parts, defects, material control, etc.); Draws and analyzes delivered drawings for part fabrication and assembly; Performs welding, boiler-making, etc.; Schedules assemblies to be carried out with the team, either on-site or at other branches; Works closely with Mechanical Maintenance to establish control over operating machinery and equipment in the factory; Maintains records of executed activities for area performance evaluation, updating assembly scheduling, expense allocation, and controls; Distributes, guides, and supervises technical assembly/project services performed by third parties, supplying them with necessary information and advising them on equipment specifics—or gathering information to assume future maintenance responsibilities; EDUCATION / LANGUAGE: Completed High School; Technical degree in related fields Benefits: Unimed, dental plan, meal allowance (VA), fuel allowance or transportation voucher (VT), profit-sharing program (PLR), on-site meals Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Compensation: R$1,00 – R$2,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit sharing * Life insurance Work Location: On-site
