BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

**REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school; * Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective building maintenance; * Knowledge and experience in cleaning, plumbing, and painting are a plus. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform various corrective and preventive building maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, carpentry, and masonry... * Replace, clean, repair, install parts, components, and equipment; * Provide support and supervise third-party service providers, among other duties. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
