In partnership with an international e\-commerce company, we are hiring: Logistics Operations Leader Responsibilities: · Perform all duties inherent to the position in accordance with the company's internal standards and regulations regarding safety, health, quality, and environmental protection; · Coordinate receiving and dispatch operations with a focus on customer service, ensuring data accuracy and inventory integrity; · Monitor and guide the entire operational process (receiving, movement, picking, and dispatch); · Propose operational process improvements and control material stock levels; · People management; · Daily volume management and managerial reporting; · Staff sizing according to demand; · Ensure operational pace to meet volume delivery targets and KPIs; Desirable Qualifications: Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Knowledge of KPI development and presentation Familiarity with operational routines such as Inbound and Outbound Experience in people management Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or related fields Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On\-site
