Job Description: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and committed Logistics Leader responsible for coordinating the company's logistics operations, with a focus on routing deliveries and pickups of rental equipment, operational and financial fleet management, and administrative support for the department. Responsibilities: \- Route deliveries and pickups of rental equipment. \- Complete service and expense control spreadsheets per truck. \- Conduct visual inspections of trucks using checklists. \- Collect overdue payments (accounts receivable). \- Use the system to inspect equipment shipments/returns. \- Issue invoices and CTEs (Transportation Service Bills). Requirements: \- Knowledge of NF-e (Electronic Invoice) and CTE issuance. \- Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). \- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
