We are looking for a person to act as a Senior AI Engineer, with solid experience in building and evolving artificial intelligence solutions in production environments, from predictive models to systems based on generative AI agents. This person will be part of a lean team, with high autonomy and end-to-end responsibility, acting from understanding the business problem and conceiving the solution to development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous evolution in production. The challenge involves transforming complex needs of the health sector into robust, observable, scalable, and sustainable AI solutions, always with attention to security, privacy, and LGPD. **Responsibilities and attributes** **Responsibilities:** * Build and manage **generative AI agents in production**: multi\-agent architectures, orchestration, tool calling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) * Develop **machine learning models for predictive modeling**, from feature engineering to monitoring in production * Structure and evolve pipelines on **data lakehouse architecture**, feeding models and agents * Implement systematic evaluation of GenAI systems: evals, quality and cost metrics * Transform health business problems into robust, observable, and sustainable AI solutions, with attention to privacy and LGPD **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Python in a production environment * Proven experience with **generative AI in production** (not just POCs): building, deploying, and managing agents with LLMs via API * Mastery of **agent orchestration frameworks** (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalents) * Experience in **applied ML**: predictive modeling, validation, tuning, and deployment * Experience with **data lakehouse** (Delta Lake, Iceberg, or similar) and data processing at scale * Experience with cloud — **preference for GCP** (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GCS) **Differentiators:** * Experience in the health sector (clinical data, hospital billing, interoperability) * Workflow orchestration (Airflow, Kestra, Dagster, or similar) * MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG in production, and LLM observability * Integration of agents in conversational channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business API) **What we value:** * Preference for **deterministic pipelines where they make sense** * Ownership: you follow up on what you build in production * Direct communication and pragmatism: iteratively delivered value is worth more than perfect architecture **Additional information** **What we offer:** * **Onboarding Kit** and equipment for work * **Fin\-X Day:** Semi-annual meeting for alignment of Culture \& Strategy * **Monthly gift on the Flash card** * **Paid Leave** At Fin\-X, our purpose is to connect all players in the health sector, using creative solutions, reducing costs, increasing transparency and credibility, making health accessible to everyone, and positively impacting people's lives in a humanized way.
