Logistics Assistant

Description

You will be responsible for planning and controlling activities related to the movement, storage, and distribution of Bluwe products, aiming to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established deadlines. Requirements: * Completed technology degree or undergraduate studies in progress in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of logistics, e-commerce, and wholesale operations. * Experience in logistics planning activities and systems, inventory management, and shipping. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities: * Issue invoices via the ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal processes. * Request pickups from partner carriers, ensuring adherence to logistics timelines and delivery tracking. * Handle service requests through the support tool, guaranteeing resolution within agreed timeframes and high-quality responses to requesters. * Obtain freight quotations from carriers (currently performed manually; in the future, via the DataFrete platform). * Import orders from the system and coordinate with the team to ensure proper product picking, verification, packaging, and application of shipping labels and invoices on packages prior to dispatch. * Support supervision of wholesale and e-commerce shipping processes, * including receipt, storage, and movement of products, ensuring their * availability and organization. * Perform inventory control, monitoring stock levels and making adjustments as needed. * Complete and update the monthly order tracking report, ensuring data reliability for supervisory follow-up. * Submit purchase requests according to departmental needs, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and internal processes. * Execute systemic inter-branch transfers, ensuring correct inventory movement and proper recording of transactions. * Request reverse pickups, ensuring proper return flow and logistical handling. * Support other departmental activities, contributing to organization, process efficiency, and fulfillment of operational demands. * Maintain effective communication with other departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure alignment and improved performance.
