Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Assistant to support operational routines related to transportation, inventory control, and delivery tracking, ensuring agile and efficient processes. Support for internal and external customers We are looking for an organized and proactive **Logistics Assistant** with strong problem-solving skills to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting transportation operational routines, inventory control, and delivery tracking, ensuring our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on time. Main Responsibilities * **Inventory Control** * **Delivery Management:** Monitor freight and order status (tracking) with carriers and drivers. * **Document Issuance:** Issue service orders, cargo manifests, and CIOTs. * **Customer Service:** Provide support to internal and external customers regarding delivery timelines and pending issues. * **Inventory Audits:** Actively participate in periodic stock counts and inventory audits. * **Systems:** Update logistics performance reports and maintain accurate data entry in the ERP system. Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Completed high school (college degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields currently pursued or completed is preferred). * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate-level **Excel**). * **Experience:** Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management. * Basic knowledge of invoice issuance and transportation procedures. Desired Skills (Preferred Qualifications) * Familiarity with integrated management systems (ERP/WMS). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure in dynamic environments. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
