If you are driven by challenges and wish to grow in an innovative environment, join us on this journey! **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze the conditions of each export order to be shipped, including compliance with letters of credit, and implement them in the SAP/OSGT system; * Prepare the necessary documentation for export shipments, meeting the requirements of each country, and send it to importers; * Collaborate with customs brokers and freight agents to select the best freight option, issue the Export Declaration (DUE), and clear export orders; * Monitor all stages of export sales processes until delivery abroad; * Draft general correspondence in English, Spanish, or the respective native language for various purposes; * Prepare shipments of finished product samples and/or raw materials; * Review expenses arising from export operations, classify them, and proceed with the corresponding payment; * Maintain updated area reports, supporting interface departments and superiors in decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Economics; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English; * Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and export documentation (DUE, Incoterms, and Certificate of Origin); * Knowledge of SAP, OSGT, and the Single Portal (SISCOMEX) systems; * Willingness to work 100% onsite in Campinas/SP. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Company cafeteria * Meal voucher (for sales force) * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Chartered transportation * Culture allowance * Payroll-deductible loan * Life insurance * 180-day maternity leave * 20-day paternity leave * Childcare assistance * Wellhub * Employee Assistance Program * Medication donation * Medication subsidy * Special needs child assistance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Study grant * Christmas kit * Employees' association (Itapira) Do you want to join an innovative company that is the market leader in anesthesia across Latin America and a global reference in the production of pharmaceutical raw materials?
