Ensure proper material flow while safeguarding product integrity, adherence to operational procedures, and compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards. **Key Job Challenges:** * Support packaging operations for accessories and export, as well as the supervision team. * Develop, manage, and monitor operational KPIs and performance results. * Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to ensure smooth logistics operations. * Ensure compliance with OEA (Authorized Economic Operator) processes and strengthen risk management across Caterpillar’s business units in Brazil. **Basic Qualifications:** **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent. **Experience:** Preferred: Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B; knowledge of Mobile Equipment Operation and Logistics Operations. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (basic level). * Basic knowledge of Mobile Equipment Operations. *Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days per week.* **Interested in this challenge and want to grow your career at Caterpillar?
