Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to prepare ingredients, assist in the production of pastries, savory snacks, and desserts, and sanitize and organize the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Work in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards A pastry shop is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Fortaleza (Aldeota). **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients such as doughs, fillings, and toppings according to the pastry shop's standards. Assist in the production of pastries, savory snacks, desserts, and other menu items. Sanitize and organize utensils, equipment, and the work area. Maintain an organized ingredient inventory, monitoring expiration dates and restocking as needed. Support the kitchen team in executing recipes and assembling products. Comply with hygiene, food safety, and internal regulations. Assist in portion control and product standardization. Previous experience as a Kitchen Cook, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
