All people are welcome!** **Come be part of the \#FamiliaPearson \#GrupoEurofarma** **Responsibilities and attributes** **Check the main daily activities for this position:** * Coordinate sales and demand in a region composed of distributors, wholesalers, resellers, cooperatives, and beef and dairy cattle ranchers; * Seek personalized solutions, identifying needs and opportunities that generate value for customers and for Pearson; * Dedicate 60% to 70% of the time to sales activities and 30% to 40% to demand generation; * Perform customer registration and maintenance, fulfilling the stipulated amount of daily service; * Conduct training and technical support for distributors, wholesalers, resellers, and cooperatives; * Plan visit routes and comply with the time and territory matrix (customers A, B, and C); * Participate in events and fairs for promotion, training, and demand generation; * Monitor the performance of the wholesalers' sales teams, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies; * Execute sanitary programs and strategic product seeding in rural properties. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals who meet the following requirements:** * Completed higher education in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science (mandatory); * Intermediate Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); * Veterinary technical knowledge, sales and negotiation techniques; * Availability for travel and field visits; * 2 to 3 years of experience in the area of operation for satisfactory performance of the position. **Additional information** We value and support our people throughout their entire journey!
