Job Summary: Customer and user support, resolving inquiries, receiving payments, loading credits, reloading and selling transportation cards, as well as issuing invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Delivery and verification of transportation cards Provide in-person and telephone customer and user support, resolving their questions and concerns. Receive payments, load credits, reload and sell transportation vouchers—standard, student, and unitary (boarding at terminals)—according to customer needs. Deliver first and second copies of cards (student, standard, and transportation vouchers), verifying documentation and complying with company regulations and applicable legislation. Issue electronic invoices for credit sales and re-send them upon request. Verify and release credits loaded onto cards.
