Assists in washing, cutting, and sorting ingredients according to instructions from the chef or nutrition technician, while maintaining continuous cleaning of equipment and the environment. Contributes to adherence to good handling practices, assisting in waste control, stock organization, and proper product storage. Also supports meal assembly and distribution, ensuring speed, safety, and quality throughout the entire production process.
