Collaboration in organizing and maintaining the workplace **About the company:** A Japanese cuisine restaurant focused on quality, organization, and standardized production processes. **Responsibilities:** * Support, under direct supervision, product packaging processes; * Assist in collection, selection, and verification of vegetables and other raw materials; * Collaborate in assembling kits (mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup), following established standards; * Support pre-production activities such as portioning, food weighing, labeling, and preparation of simple mixtures (salt and sugar), without using knives or hazardous equipment; * Support refrigerator temperature monitoring by recording temperatures and reporting deviations to the responsible person; * Perform verification of received goods, always under supervision; * Support basic inventory organization and control; * Collaborate in organizing and maintaining the workplace (light and safe tasks). **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in high school; * Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts; * Interest in learning and developing within the food industry; **Stipend:** R$ 750.00 + Transportation Allowance + On-site meals **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday **Working Hours:** 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Employment Type:** Internship Job Type: Internship Compensation: R$750.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in, and how long does it take to reach Barra da Tijuca?
