And together, every day, we will become much more. **\#IAmBecauseWeAre** **Requirements:** High school diploma; Minimum 1 year of experience in the field; **Note:** Forklift operator certification is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Operate the forklift in the logistics department; * Ensure proper machine functionality; * Pay attention to signage and material location; * Use PPE correctly while performing tasks; * Act to minimize potential risk situations; * Keep pace with logistics department demands; * Assist in loading and unloading materials onto carrier trucks; * Prioritize coworkers' safety; * Identify possible machine issues; * Request machine maintenance according to actual need and correct schedule; * Organize materials and pallets in the logistics department based on usage or shipment sequence; * Apply techniques for optimal use of physical space; * Monitor daily tasks requiring your involvement; * Transport materials and pallets within the factory; * Suggest process improvements for the department; * Participate in internal department meetings; * Perform tasks according to priority delegation from Logistics Dispatch Supervision; * Align with company values and mission; * Foster a positive work environment; * Stay updated on industry best practices related to your duties and strive to integrate them into the company; * Responsible for operating the forklift to retrieve production-material pallets and transport them to storage, maintaining forklifts in good working condition and requesting maintenance and refueling as needed; * Constant skill and vigilance, capable of acting swiftly and agilely under any critical circumstance; * Dynamism and proactivity, safeguarding personal safety and that of others involved during material handling; * Study the company's warehouse area layout to understand available space for object placement; * Transport materials on pallets; * Maintain control over already-stored materials and those to be placed in the warehouse; * Drive the forklift and load products onto pallets; * Maintain forklift cleanliness; * Collect dispatch pallets; * Attend meetings whenever necessary to clarify doubts, provide guidance in atypical situations, present reports, among other purposes; * Use the company's standard communication protocol.
