This is your moment — come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Supervise, plan, guide, and monitor processes related to fleet administration, maintenance, and vehicle availability, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Supervise fleet administration and availability activities, pursuing operational excellence. * Monitor and authorize trucks in the unit’s yard. * Analyze and complete internal control spreadsheets, scheduling daily tasks. * Manage preventive and predictive maintenance, controlling vehicle fueling and washing. * Maintain and record fleet documentation and incident reports. * Analyze vehicle consumption and performance data, proposing adjustments when necessary. * Obtain quotations for spare parts and maintenance services. * Conduct daily and weekly follow-up and planning meetings. * Support drivers during delivery routes. * Ensure fleet availability and full utilization at the unit. * Supervise maintenance team and third-party personnel activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Maintenance Engineering, Transportation Management, Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Preferred: Enrolled in an MBA or Postgraduate program in related areas. * Experience in fleet management * Specific/Technical Knowledge \- Hard Skills: * Driver’s License Category B * Intermediate Excel * Microsoft Office Suite * Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance \- Basic * Fleet Management **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
