We currently have an opening for the position of Fleet Assistant at Rota RD Transportes e Locações LTDA **Main Responsibilities:** Provide support to the Fleet Department in tasks such as entering invoices and fiscal notes into the system; recording and monitoring fleet fueling; opening and closing service orders; verifying fiscal notes in Simplifiquei; managing/entering traffic fines and IPVA into the system. The system we use is ESL. **Requirements:** Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel; prior experience with vehicle tracking systems and ERP systems; familiarity with logistics in dry and special cargo transportation. Be proactive; demonstrate ownership mindset; be organized; communicate clearly and concisely; work well in a team. **Benefits:** Food allowance of BRL 324.54/month; Meal allowance of BRL 33.48/day worked; Transportation allowance (optional, with 6% employee contribution deducted from payroll); NOTE: The above benefits are credited to your account on the last business day of the preceding month; Group life insurance; Medical and dental assistance (no payroll deduction) PLR (first installment in September, second installment in March of the following fiscal year) and salary adjustment according to the collective bargaining agreement of SEESAETRA/SETRANS (base date: May).
