If you want to work in an environment where you can fully apply your knowledge and have a meaningful impact on business results, this opportunity is for you! **All our job openings are also open to people with disabilities.** **JOB MISSION:** Ensure agile and accurate flow of goods between stores and headquarters, perform inventory controls, support logistics processes, and report inconsistencies to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute the process of transferring goods between stores and headquarters; * Record and update stock movements in systems and spreadsheets; * Issue fiscal invoices and transfer manifests; * Assist in the shipping and receiving of goods; * Support inventory control—both in system records and physical handling, loading, and unloading of goods; * Assist the transportation department and other departments involved in logistics processes; * Report process inconsistencies or failures to the team leader. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience issuing fiscal invoices and managing and controlling inventory; * Experience in administrative and/or logistics routines; * Knowledge of inventory and shipping management systems (ERP and WMS); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Administrative training courses are desirable.
