If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission** Responsible for managing and integrating the company’s finance and controller functions, ensuring financial health, budget planning, and compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. Must ensure efficient cash flow management, resource acquisition and allocation, budgetary control, and scenario analysis, supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making to maximize profitability and business sustainability. **What will your activities be?** **Financial Management:** * Ensure cash flow control (short- and long-term), accounts payable and receivable, treasury operations, and foreign exchange transactions. * Negotiate with financial institutions for resource acquisition and allocation, seeking optimal credit and investment terms. * Guarantee execution and reconciliation of domestic and international financial operations, meeting all legal requirements. **Controller and Planning Functions:** * Develop and approve the annual financial and budgetary plan, collaborating across all company departments. * Monitor budget variances, conduct profitability analyses, and propose corrective/preventive actions. * Produce management reports and KPIs for executive leadership, including forecasts, diagnostics, and scenario studies. **Governance and Compliance:** * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, tracking regulatory changes and assessing their impact. * Define internal processes and controls to ensure security and optimization of financial resources. **Strategic Engagement:** * Support senior leadership in defining strategies by presenting recommendations based on financial and macroeconomic analyses. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems within the areas under management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. * MBA in Business Management, Financial Management, or Controller functions is desirable. * **Retail experience** is required, in a **management position**, with strong background in **finance, credit & collections, and controller functions**, plus solid knowledge of **financial operations and budgetary control**. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated financial systems. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance On-site Parking Meal Voucher Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) (per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Maternity Program – Personalized support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
