**Job Description**
The intern will work in the administrative department with a focus on procurement processes, supporting internal demands and performing activities related to suppliers, quotations, and delivery follow-up.
**Requirements:**
\- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields.
\- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation.
**Responsibilities:**
\- Work in the administrative department focusing on material procurement processes.
\- Provide support in handling internal procurement requests, understanding the specific needs of each department.
\- Conduct market research, obtain quotations, and assist in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, and quality.
\- Collaborate in monitoring product and service delivery processes, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
\- Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of suppliers, contracts, and documents related to procurement activities.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 11:45 AM to 3:00 PM \- 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM\.
