Assist in the **shipping process**, dispatching orders via **Correios and third-party carriers**. Provide customer support via **WhatsApp and email**, clarifying inquiries regarding orders, delivery timelines, and shipments. Contribute to the **organization of the e-commerce department** and basic order tracking. Support daily e-commerce operational routines, aiming for **efficiency and quality in customer service**.
