Responsibilities: * Experience coordinating containerized shipments and documentation of exported commodities such as cotton and sugar. * Cost control. * Analysis of negotiated contractual terms. * Experience with FOB, CFR, and CIF shipments. * Follow-up with Sales, Tax, Customs Broker, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Customers, and other related departments. * Ensure adherence to all shipment deadlines (draft and loading). * Knowledge of shipments involving Letters of Credit (LC). * Issuance and negotiation of export documents at origin per Letter of Credit (LC) or documentary collection (DP and CAD), and in compliance with the importing country’s regulations. * Follow-up throughout the entire document issuance process, bank presentation of documents, and cargo arrival at destination. * Daily updating of internal controls (spreadsheets) and our ERP system. * Knowledge of port operations, including container stuffing supervision, weight list approval, etc. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior professional experience handling containerized commodity exports. * Knowledge of rules governing document issuance based on Letters of Credit. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * English proficiency is considered a plus. * A proactive, organized, and analytical individual.
