Perform pre\-preparation and preparation of dishes according to the established menu. Control food quality and hygiene throughout the entire process. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and used equipment. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Production Cook, or Industrial Cook may indicate alignment with some of the duties of this position. High school diploma required.
