A pharmaceutical logistics company headquartered in Rio Claro/SP is seeking a Commercial Assistant. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills — Word, Excel, email, etc.; * Personal means of transportation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Enter data into spreadsheets and systems, identifying and reporting service non-conformities; * Track cargo and inform customers of delivery deadlines; * Communicate with drivers and other departments to gather information and resolve non-conformities; * Contact senders (suppliers) to address incidents and resolve pending issues. **PROFILE** * Agility; * Proactivity; * Communication skills; * Attention to detail. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour and 15-minute break. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance; * Partnership with SEST/SENAT; * Medself.
