Join Olinda Distribuidora as our New Talent. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate or Advanced); * Preferred: Knowledge/Experience with systems such as Whinthor and Qlicksense; * Proven experience in Sales/Commercial areas; * Flexible working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze sales team activities to define strategies and procedures for acquiring new customers, aiming to increase sales and minimize delinquency issues; * Monitor sales representatives’ activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and the commercial department’s policies. * Assist in planning standards for sales promotion campaigns, including formatting and dissemination methods; monitor and evaluate results to achieve expected objectives; Analyze daily sales volume and revenue, and propose alternatives to meet monthly and daily sales targets. * Inform sales representatives within your team about occurrences and changes in the commercial department’s schedule, collections, and deliveries, ensuring all team members are aware of updates; * Monitor sales order issuance regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and specifications to meet customer needs. * Perform other related duties as described above. **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Meal Allowance * Fuel Reimbursement * Variable Pay and Incentives **Differentiators** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Knowledge of sales force automation systems and Business Intelligence (BI) **Working Hours:** Business hours
