### **About the Role** We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Analyst to support a short\-term project focused on system implementation, testing, and operational support. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment, collaborating with international teams. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Write, execute, and document test cases to ensure system quality and performance * Identify, track, and report bugs or issues during testing cycles * Create and manage support tickets within ServiceNow * Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents * Support system implementation activities and ensure alignment with project requirements * Maintain clear documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions ### **Requirements** * Hands\-on experience with ServiceNow (implementation, support, or testing) * Experience with software testing (manual testing, test case creation, execution) * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Excellent communication skills in English * Engagement Details * Duration: 3–4 months **Who is Insi?** We are a consulting firm specialized in digital evolution.
