We focus on integrative approaches to individual well-being and growth. **Responsibilities:** Fabricate and assemble metal structures, tanks, pressure vessels, and other components according to technical drawings and work instructions. Prepare materials by cutting, bending, and shaping metal components to meet design specifications. Perform welding operations using techniques such as MIG, TIG, and covered electrode. Conduct visual inspections and dimensional testing on fabricated parts; perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures and equipment, identifying and resolving issues. Ensure all activities comply with industrial safety standards, regulations, and internal procedures. Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, supervisors, and other professionals. Previous experience as Metal Structure Assembler, Welder, Machine Operator, or Maintenance Mechanic may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
