Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, along with humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Prepare and organize the construction site, tools, and materials. * Lay bricks, blocks, ceramic tiles, and various coverings. * Execute foundations, concrete structures, slabs, walls, and fences. * Apply finishes such as plastering, rendering, screeding, and others according to the project. * Install and maintain hydraulic systems and stormwater networks. * Perform minor painting tasks for surface revitalization and finishing. * Comply with safety regulations, properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Collaborate with the work team and follow leadership instructions. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace. **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
