Develop and coordinate the department's budgetary flow The Billing Manager oversees internal logistics processes, aiming to provide equipment and information resources for proper execution of activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Ensure the work team achieves goals and objectives safely and efficiently, fulfilling their responsibilities and commitments under the SafeAgri Program—which includes Life-Saving Behaviors and Fatal Hazard Protocols—ensuring correct use of tools and effectively completing all required reports; * Supervise and enforce task execution, ensuring personnel are properly equipped with PPEs/collective protective equipment and comply with regulations, GED, and technical procedures for occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental preservation; identify and report potential non-conformities; * Coordinate weighing processes for sugarcane, ethanol, sugar, and other products as needed; * Direct and ensure implementation of vehicle loading and inspection checklists; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of scales, loading platforms, and ethanol tanks; * Ensure daily inspection of ethanol tanks, pipelines, valves, and pumps / daily scale inspection through weighing tests; * Coordinate day-to-day billing, scale, ethanol, and sugar loading activities; * Perform other tasks related to those described above at the organization’s discretion and according to instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Develop and coordinate the department’s budgetary flow, analyzing and presenting monthly justifications for variances; * Issue periodic reports for analysis and action by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** **EXPERIENCE**: Over 1 to 3 years. **EDUCATION**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting or related fields. **PREREQUISITES** (essential): Driver’s license category “B” and Basic English. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** (required knowledge): Defensive Driving, People Management, Knowledge of Internal Logistics for Finished Products, Billing, Scale Operation. **Additional Information** Learn about our benefits: For you and your family * UNIMED Health Plan (nationwide coverage) with multiple coverage options * Examinations without co-payment * Telemedicine services * Support programs: Healthy Motherhood and Emotional Well-being * International medical assistance * Health plan remission (per policy) * Life insurance * Funeral insurance (per policy) To simplify daily life and help you save * Meal allowance * Meal allowance during vacations * On-site restaurant * Transportation (routes served by the company) * Full uniforms * Complete PPEs To value and develop your career * PPR (Profit Sharing Program), per annual criteria * Flexicard (per policy) * Christmas basket and year-end gift * Tuition assistance (per criteria) * Update courses * Promotion and merit policy * Development and growth opportunities at Bunge Welcome to Bunge’s dedicated job opportunities page for its **bioenergy units**.
