Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced baker to handle daily opening, baking fresh bread and pastries, and managing supplies, ensuring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring product quality and display case organization We are looking for a baker with prior bakery experience. You will be responsible for opening the bakery each morning, baking fresh bread, assembling pastries, and preparing fresh bread, doughs, and other baked items for the following day. It is also the baker's responsibility to ensure that all ingredients used meet quality standards and to record when supplies are running low so that orders can be placed.
