We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and/or individuals from diverse generations. \#JoinTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, monitor, control, and organize Inbound \& Outbound logistics operations; * Monitor transportation and product delivery services, and participate in route definition, ensuring orders are delivered within the scheduled timeframe; * Monitor receipt and registration of incoming and outgoing goods to support production area replenishment; schedule cargo deliveries within the driver’s working hours; provide resources, equipment, and information required for execution of all company activities; * Coordinate with the warehouse on reverse logistics and returns; provide support and monitor relationships with third parties, customers, and other members of the supply chain/logistics network; * Monitor receiving, warehousing, replenishment, and shipping areas, ensuring service to internal and external customers per established procedures; * Prepare management reports and analytical spreadsheets; * Ensure customer fulfillment on planned dates and quantities; monitor loading, verification, carrier coordination, and preparation of picking lists or separation lists; * Monitor systems to ensure replenishment; maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Perform other tasks of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * **Additional Information** Benefits: * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Gym allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Commuter allowance; * Life insurance; * Discounts at partner pharmacies and stores. **Our Journey** For 50 years, Telemont has contributed to Brazil’s development, operating in the telecommunications and energy sectors.
